Abstract
Greta Thunberg seorang pelajar dan aktivis iklim dari Swedia memulai aksi Skolstrejk for Klimatet (Mogok Sekolah Untuk Iklim) pada 20 Agustus 2021. Aksinya menginspirasi banyak orang untuk bergabung dan membentuk gerakan sosial lingkungan Fridays For Future (FFF) yang didominasi para pelajar dan ilmuwan dengan tujuan memperjuangkan keadilan iklim. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis tentang proses tahapan kemunculan, penggabungan, birokrasi hingga tahapan penurunan gerakan FFF. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif-analitik yang menggunakan Teori Four Stages of Social Movement oleh Jonathan Christiansen untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor pada proses tahapan gerakan Fridays for Future dalam 4 tahapan yaitu Emergence, Coalescence, Bureaucratization, Decline
